Cancellation and refunds
•all pre paid booking will be refunded within 5 working days.
•bookings that have already commenced, I.e driver already dispatched will result =100% of the price.
•journey cancelled up to 24 hours before pick up time. Will receive a full refund.
•journey cancelled within 24 to 4 hours. Will receive a 50% refund.
•journey cancelled within 4 hours of pick up will receive 25% refund.
•any journey booked for wrong time or date, any change you have forgot to inform us by email. Will result in a 50% refund minus any parking charges
Meet and greet
Aiportcarz offer a meet and greet service, for total peace of mind. You will be met at the arrivals gate with your name plaque and escorted to your car.Flight tracking
We will fully monitor your flights.
Your Driver will arrive approximately 30 mins after your flight has landed. Unless on a domestic flight with hand luggage this would be 15 mins after landing.This will give you plenty of Time to collect luggage. We also give you up to another 30 minutes free parking, to allow for any further hold ups. Especially when you arrive at busy times or other airport problems.
